All of our bouncy house rentals include delivery, setup, and teardown services.

Is a deposit required to rent from us?

A $100 deposit is required for all bouncy house rentals to cover potential damages. The deposit is fully refunded upon pickup after the rental period.

How long of a notice do you require to rent?

A 2-hour notice is required for reservations.

Am I able to cancel, reschedule, or receive a refund?

Yes, cancellations are accepted with a 24-hour notice, and you will receive a full refund. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office—rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis.

What steps should I take to prepare for the setup of the bouncy house?

We request a clear, unobstructed path to the yard for setup and ask that the yard be free of debris, regardless of size, corresponding to the bouncy house you select.

Do you provide setup services in parks?

Yes, we offer park setup services if you have the necessary permissions. An additional fee may apply if we need to provide a generator.
